The cost of service varies on a case-by-case basis.  We coordinate billing with many payors, including Medicaid, Insurance companies, Managed Care companies, long-term care insurance and Worker’s Compensation.  We also accept private payment for services. All therapists and supervisors who visit your home go through a rigorous and in-depth interview and screening process, as well as extensive background checks and license verification. Caregivers are regularly supervised and evaluated to ensure that you or your loved one is receiving the quality care and attention they deserve.

A patient’s inability to leave the home without the assistance of another person.  Also, leaving the home may be so difficult for the individual that it compromises their health or condition.

“Unskilled” or “Non-medical” care typically refers to companion and personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, as well as assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. It could also include medication reminders, assistance with ambulation, and transportation to medical appointments. These types of services are typically provided by Home Health Aides (HHAs) or Home Care Aides, and can be arranged for anywhere from a few hours to 24-hours a day. “Unskilled” or “Non-medical” care is often sought by the elderly, individuals with disabilities, and those transitioning from a hospital or medical facility to home.

Yes. We can provide services up to 24 hours a day and there is always a local on-call Supervisor who can answer your questions and address any concerns after hours. The on-call Supervisor also provides around-the-clock support for your healthcare team while they are providing care in the home.
